Chapter 6 in Overcoming Overtourism, 2021, pp 71-77 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Successfully creating Revived Originals requires considerable financial resources, but above all, it requires initiative, assertiveness, originality, and a good sense of design. Accordingly, interdisciplinary cooperation is necessary. An example is the replica of the tomb of Tutankhamun in Luxor. At least seven different professions were involved in its construction, including archaeologists, environmental engineers, microbiologists, digital recording specialists, architects, designers, and conservators.
