Abstract:
Abstract First of all, we introduce the Schwartz space of infinitely differentiable functions that are rapidly decreasing at infinity. Then we define tempered distributions. We consider the Fourier transform and its properties. Finally, the Paley-Wiener-Schwartz theorem is discussed.
