Chapter Chapter 1 in Six Paths to Leadership, 2021, pp 1-13 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract We open with a brief description of the six paths to leadership and the inspiration for our book. Next we briefly cover the methods we used to explore the paths, primarily through interviewing a broad swath of leaders, analyzing their responses against our own leadership expertise, grounded in academic research and practical experience. We then overview our findings, briefly reviewing commonly held themes and variations summarized in Table 1. We preview each of the six path chapters to follow.
