Abstract:
Abstract Flower bouquets, based on the concept of modularity, are traded over complex platform ecosystems. A close look at flower bouquets provides insights into the complexity and challenges of flower business ecosystems and its transformation from supply to demand orientation. Experiences with platform ecosystem designs are shared and critical success factors are discussed.
