This chapter aims to provide an analysis of the relevant HRMHuman Resources Management (HRM) practices for building a success profileSuccess profiles centered and contextualized in HRM professionals. Accordingly, the study aims to answer the following research question: How can the elaboration of a successful profile integrate the analysisAnalysis description and job descriptionJob description in order to predict a better performance of the employee and contribute to the continuous improvement of other HRM practices? Through a literature review of relevant theoretical concepts, this study contributes to a better understanding of the construction of success profilesSuccess profiles and their articulation with HRMHuman Resources Management (HRM) principles and practices. Finally, the study calls attention to the fact that one should start by looking for success profilesSuccess profiles that contribute to organizationsOrganization being places of greater well-being for those who work in it and who interact with it.
