Abstract: Abstract Our next journey follows Ross Baird, the founder of social enterprisesocial enterprise accelerator and investment firm Village CapitalVillage Capital, who has been focused on making early-stage business funding more accessible and equitable for the past decade. Ross has embraced structured exits as one tool. But the real innovation that he and Village Capital’s co-founder Victoria Fram have brought to the market is how founders’ wisdom, experience and insights are leveraged during deal due diligence phase through peer-based decision making.
