Chapter Chapter 6 in Adventure Finance, 2021, pp 63-71 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract As an aspiring Unicorn, Helium needed to follow the traditional equity path in order to raise the risk capital they needed to fund the growth of their business. But what if you are in need of risk capital, but know you aren’t going to be a Unicorn? In this chapter, we will meet an investor who came into early stage investing and found that there were very few good answers to that question.
