Abstract: Abstract This chapter considers complementary paired measures of discrimination which can be derived from the 2 × 2 contingency table, including sensitivity and false negative rate, specificity and false positive rate, and accuracy and inaccuracy. Consideration is also given to correct classification and misclassification rates.
