Abstract: Abstract Once the leader has envisioned and articulated their organization’s future strategic narrative for diversity and identified the gaps between where they are today and where they want to be, the next step is to understand the actions, skills, and initiatives needed to close their Diversity Performance gap. We call this “Closing the Diversity Capability Gap.”
