Abstract: Abstract This chapter is one of six that explores in depth each of the key diversity capabilities that make up the Integrated Diversity Model. In this chapter and Chapters 7–11, we focus on the “How” of closing the Diversity Performance gap by presenting the initiatives organizations need to put in place to achieve their desired level of performance.
