Abstract:
Abstract Climate change in the Kyrgyz Republic, affecting the environment, leads to economic losses. The contradiction between the achievement of ecological balance and the development of the labor market is intensifying, the resolution of which is associated with the development of the market for environmental works, goods and services, and the creation of “green jobs” and new professions. Countries with small economies, such as the Kyrgyz Republic, which are most vulnerable to new challenges, need adaptation strategies, institutionalization and implementation of policies aimed at developing a green economy, and digital transformation processes. As a result of the study, recommendations were made on the specialization of agriculture in the field of crop and livestock production based on the introduction of digital technologies and the corresponding forms and methods of doing business. In response to the challenges of climate change, it was recommended to develop wind energy and solar energy using the latest materials and technologies of the 4th industrial revolution, and financing mechanisms were proposed. It was recommended to use the EAEU integration opportunities taking into account the experience of the European “Green Deal”. The synergistic effect of synchronization and mutual coordination of the solution of cross-sectoral problems through the D2D effect, which was first considered in this article, is considered. The role of the government of the Kyrgyz Republic is shown, which sets the institutional vector that guides the digital transformation of the country and the restructuring of the labor market in a green channel.
