Abstract:
Abstract Purpose: To study the practice of researching digital resources and electronic services in ensuring the effectiveness of the educational process at the university. Design/methodology/approach: The authors analyze the possibilities of the digital educational environment and resources for modeling and management of the educational process in the university. They rely on research by leading scientists who consider the digital educational environment as a methodological component that implements the basic approaches to the management of the educational process. Research is based on the competence approach, which determined the choice of methods: extrapolation and modeling. On this basis, in the context of the research attention is paid to value-semantic. Based on the analysis of research data, it was found that the digital content of the educational environment and the services that increase the mobility of education, provide equal opportunities for all students, of all forms of training, in terms of using teaching methods and forms; equal opportunities for solving organizational issues and managing the educational process. Results: It is shown that students actively use the possibilities of electronic educational services of the university for training and organization of “business space”; educational organizations actively use electronic services and quickly manage their content; high level of demand for electronic educational services among students of various forms of learning; also identified the deterrent aspects of 100% of the use of the Internet in educational activities. Originality/value: The study has significant prospects for further research related to the study of the impact of electronic educational services on the quality of education and student performance in digitalization.
