Abstract: Abstract Modern enterprise of high-tech industries of the Russian Federation has traditionally presented a set of technological objects. Whose activities are characterized by multiple and usually non-linear relationships, as well as validation of the raw materials and products, which determines the impossibility of forming once certain systems to improve the efficiency of enterprises with assessment and control of the progressive technological development of business units through the introduction of lean thinking principles in production. The purpose of research is to evaluate the development of corporate systems for domestic production in the context of the formation of a systematic approach to continuous improvement. As well as the implementation of a system of evaluation and monitoring of the effectiveness of their work. Also, to draw conclusions about the rationality of used solutions, and to form reserves assessment of further development for companies. Materials and methods: Systematization and generalization of the experience in continuous improvements of the company on the example of the business sector identified in the study; assessment of continuous improvement system potential in the context of monitoring business parameters, the effectiveness of continuous improvement, and the achievability of strategic goals. Results: The toolkit for assessing the development of systems for improving efficiency in the context of the practical application of the system management model through continuous improvement was determined on the example of “Processing” business sector of a domestic company. Features of managing the environment of changes or attributes that determine the degree of their output from the introduction of a system of continuous improvements are highlighted. The object of the study is a separate business unit of the “Processing” sector of the fuel and energy complex of the Russian Federation. The practical significance lies in the possibility of using the highlighted solutions as a tool for effective management for an industrial enterprise or corporate agglomerations.
