Abstract:
Abstract This is a concluding chapter that, firstly, summarizes the findings presented in this book on the course and effects of the evolution of the state corporate control in the analyzed countries paying special attention to common features and differences, as well to the factors which affected the identified paths and patterns. Secondly, possible scenarios of evolution of state corporate control in Poland from the perspective of breaking the current clientelist equilibrium are drawn. Thirdly, the chapter discusses a “to do list” for the next stages of the research which includes fine-tuning the use of the existing research streams and deeper study of the factors that stay behind the regularities of state corporate control in post-communist countries and the reasons of the variety of paths and outcomes.
