A chapter in The Digital Journey of Banking and Insurance, Volume I, 2021, pp 289-305 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives are mostly carried out using conventional project management methods. The following article explains project management methods in RPA projects on the basis of the four-phase model. In addition to technical aids, a distinction is made between two possible agile approaches. In order to achieve a successful process journey, the authors describe possible challenges from their project experience.
