A chapter in The Digital Journey of Banking and Insurance, Volume I, 2021, pp 307-309 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The only constant factor in our world is change. Incremental change (analogous to incremental innovation) is better for adapting because we do not realize the small movements due to their continuous nature. Disruptive change makes us realize where the fundamentals start to move. The financial services industry has gone through both incremental and disruptive changes.
