Abstract:
Abstract This chapter first discusses the industry challenges for a financial institution and derives from these the need for resilience and agility for the finance department. Following the changing mandate for finance, the business processes and data architecture are examined. The final section summarizes the value synchronized business processes and data can bring and how to deploy such an undertaking.
