A chapter in The Digital Journey of Banking and Insurance, Volume I, 2021, pp 53-65 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Driver- or value driver-based planning is not a new approach. However, despite the obvious advantages, this planning approach only slowly gained acceptance in bank and insurance companies. In the article, the authors show how the establishment of the approach can take place via a central strategic point of view and how value driver chains can be defined.
