A chapter in The Digital Journey of Banking and Insurance, Volume II, 2021, pp 325-327 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract When it comes to ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance), the environmental aspect (including climate change) is often viewed as the most significant. However, the social and corporate governance aspect should not be underestimated. Relying only on data can be and is discriminating because it is a model challenge to differentiate between correlation and impact. Being a “respectable” company has become ever more important for (retail and corporate) clients as well as for employees.
