Abstract In order to manage reputational risk,Reputational risk indicators are needed. One possible attempt to measure an organization’s reputation is to analyze its media coverage. This article presents a powerful and straightforward approach that uses linguistic computingSentiment analysis to systematically examine a mass of textual data for both relevance and sentiment in relation to a particular organization.
