Chapter Chapter 15 in Schwarz Methods and Multilevel Preconditioners for Boundary Element Methods, 2021, pp 369-398 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The aim of this chapter is to report on the design of additive Schwarz methods when spherical splines are used to solve the hypersingular integral equation on the sphere. On this geometry, this equation belongs to a wider class of the so-called pseudo-differential equations on the sphere.
