Chapter Chapter 16 in Schwarz Methods and Multilevel Preconditioners for Boundary Element Methods, 2021, pp 399-421 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In this chapter we consider again pseudo-differential equations on the sphere. However, the chapter is diverted from the main theme of other chapters in that boundary elements are not the tool used to solve the equations. Instead, we use radial basis functions (RBFs) which results in a meshless method.
