Abstract:
Abstract Purpose: The aim of the work is to present promising directions for the development of hydrometeorological support for consumers related to the use of climate information in automated business processes of enterprises operating within the framework of Industry 4.0. Methodology: Ideas for the implementation of the main stages of hydrometeorological data processing—integration, automatic detection of disasters, communication, use and decision-making by heads of enterprises are considered. For the first time, methods are proposing for the automatic detection and transmission of information about disasters, indicators state visualization of the current situation in the form of a dashboard, the inclusion of information into information systems of enterprises with automatic loading into databases. Value: The full implementation of the proposed approaches will make it possible to organize more efficient use of hydrometeorological information, reduce losses from disasters at modern enterprises operating in Industry 4.0.
