Abstract: Abstract We now focus on the case of materials characterized by memory kernels Memory kernel with only isolated singularities in the frequency domain and derive explicit expressions for a family of free energies, including the minimum free energy discussed in Chap. 11 Free energy minimum isolated singularities and the maximum free energy Free energy maximum isolated singularities . All of these will be shown to be functionals of the minimal state.
