Chapter Chapter 12 in Corporate Debt Restructuring in Emerging Markets, 2021, pp 327-334 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract As a recapitulation of the book as a whole, the chapter focuses on the Bank of Commerce narrative and engages in counter-factual musings for each of the five restructuring phases. The reader is encouraged to think back on our case studies and to consider the themes discussed and lessons learned—in particular, the need for strong skills in managing both people and process.
