Chapter Chapter 11 in Analysis of Data from Randomized Controlled Trials, 2021, pp 157-161 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In this chapter some miscellaneous topics are discussed. Firstly, there will be a short discussion about designs which are different from the ones covered in the earlier chapters of the book. Secondly, the myth of statistical testing for baseline differences in an RCT will be discussed, and finally there will be discussion about the myth of analyzing within-group changes in an RCT.
