Abstract: Abstract Laurent Choain is an unusual person, who thinks and behaves differently and possesses a personal charm that appeals to all kinds of people. Under his name on his LinkedIn profile is “titles are free of charge.” For the past 10 years he has led talent, education and culture at Mazars, a global audit and corporate services company, where he has co-led CEO transitions and held various roles, as well as creating its corporate university. In addition, Choain serves on several boards, and seats on the Peter Drucker Society.
