Chapter Chapter 2 in Governance Models for Latin American Universities in the 21st Century, 2021, pp 19-37 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter studies key management, leadership, and governance theories. The primary purpose of this chapter is to set a theoretical base to discuss diverse institutional governance’s models and practices recounted in the coming chapters of the book. Though the three pillars of management, leadership, and governance are viewed differently within the organizational system, they are intrinsically and extrinsically interdependent.
