Abstract:
Abstract This chapter, “Health Insurance Problems of Unknown Infections”, is devoted to justification of possible effective organizational forms of ensuring insuranceinsurance protectionprotection of the population against epidemics of unknown infections analogies of risks of epidemic and risks of natural disasters, their dependence on climatic changes are analyzed; similarity of emergence and damages of two of these groups of risks from the point of view of a possibility of their insurance. There are also offers on insurance of risks of epidemics by the principle 2P2 with use of platforms blockchainblockchain formulated.
