Abstract: Abstract This chapter, “Judicial Institutions and Legal Services in the Post-COVID Period”, proclaims opinion of the authors that humanhuman and civil rights are not subject to revision under any circumstances, even a pandemic, and can’t be the basis for violationviolation of human and civil rights. As well known, the judiciary is one of the branches of governmentgovernment in any democratic statestate. The independence and efficiencyefficiency of the judicial system is a guarantee of the possibility of protecting one’s rights and suppressing violations of rights through the use of legal violence against the offender. No grounds can be offered to belittle the judiciary and its role in law enforcement. The provision of legal serviceslegal services contributes to the developmentdevelopment of justice and high-qualityquality law enforcement, therefore legal servicesservices—notarial, lawyer’s consultingconsulting, advocacy, are accompanying the processes of law enforcement and the establishment, change, and termination of legal relations. With this chapter, we conclude our large two-volume project looking at the prospects for post-COVID economic revival, and with the theme of this chapter emphasize the role of the courtcourt and legal services in the new environmentenvironment of post-COVID development.
