Abstract: Abstract This chapter describes disadvantages of the resource-dependent linear economy model and competitive position of circularcircular economy. Sustainable recovery requires the implementation of the principles of a circular economy and the adoption not only of economic, but also of socio-environmental decisions. The positive dynamics of the volumes of wastewaste utilizationutilization in Russia, the reduction of hazardous waste, and the volume of its burial in open landfills have been revealed. Cases of opportunities for the developmentdevelopment of enterprises based on the principles of circular economy and the prospects for creating integration alliances for waste recyclingrecycling are provided.
