Abstract:
Abstract The chapter presents a compact prolog to the concept of country risk. The rationale for conducting a country risk analysis has been talked about, and the prominent indices of country risk are presented. Further, the chapter discusses some widely used methods to generate weights and to construct the composite index of country risk and its sub-indices.
