Abstract:
Abstract This chapter outlines the fourth step of the Business Design Method (Step 4: Solve) and the fourth stage of the innovation process (Implementation). It is divided into two parts that can be delivered as two sequential classes or as two distinct and separate modules. Part I introduces final prototyping and evaluation strategies. Part II introduces storytelling, implementation plan development and performance measurement design.
