Abstract:
Abstract In this case, the Plaintiff, Mr. Marvin Franklin, worked as a Truck Driver with a concrete mixing company. Mr. Franklin alleges that his employment was terminated by the employer due to his age. Mr. Franklin was unemployed for two years following his employment terminationEmployment termination. Mr. Franklin subsequently obtained replacement employment as a factory worker and earned approximately half as much as he did driving trucks for the Defendant.
