A chapter in Economic Losses and Mitigation after an Employment Termination, 2022, pp 27-41 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The Plaintiff’s ability to regain comparable employment following an employment termination is often the principal issue in an employment case. In general, the Plaintiff’s re-employment ability will depend on the effort that the individual puts into the job search efforts and employer demand for the individual Plaintiff’s skill set. This chapter provides a high level conceptual overview of the factors that go into a re-employment projection. The following chapters present a more detailed discussion of job search and individualized employer demand evaluations.
