A chapter in Economic Losses and Mitigation after an Employment Termination, 2022, pp 43-50 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, the other side of the labor market, that is labor demand by employers is discussed. In particular, we will discuss the data, methods, and measurement of the individual employer demand that Plaintiff encountered post-employment termination from the Defendant. An important portion of a labor market analysis is to determine what kind of employer demand exists for the Plaintiffs skill set and expertise. The employer demand for the Plaintiff’s skills and expertise will help determine factors such as the expected post-termination salary and a reasonable post-employment termination job search time. There are multiple phases to a labor market analysis.
