A chapter in Economic Losses and Mitigation after an Employment Termination, 2022, pp 51-55 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The third portion of the economic damage calculation in an employment termination case generally involves determining the present value of any future front pay losses. The process of interest rate discounting is not controversial and involves a straightforward arithmetic calculation. This chapter discusses interest rate discounting of back and front pay losses.
