Because of the job requirements of a RN, it was important to look at the job market specific to Plaintiff’s education and training. The labor marketLabor market availability study performed in this case found that had the Plaintiff performed a sufficiently diligent job searchDiligent job search, she could have been expected to find comparable replacement employmentReplacement employment, comparable within a reasonable period of time.
