Abstract:
Abstract The presence of developing countries in the ITU-R has evolved over time. Prior to 1950, the ITU was controlled by a small number of European countries, namely France, the UK, Italy and Portugal, that directed the votes of their colonies in Africa, Asia and elsewhere.
