It is the responsibility of the governmentGovernment to provide housing facilities at affordable prices to accommodate the poor masses. The governmentGovernment should intervene in the housing sector to manage the house rentsRent, construction and landLand prices. This chapter highlighted the trends in the population, housing units at the ruralRural and urban levels in PakistanPakistan. Moreover, it also highlighted the key challenges facing the housing sector in PakistanPakistan.
