Chapter Chapter 14 in Generosity and Gender, 2022, pp 193-214 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract For decades fundraisers have struggled with successfully engaging a broader range of philanthropists, particularly women of color and younger donors. National foundation leaders, women philanthropists and women of color share insights and strategies about working with this population and how to adapt traditional fundraising methods. Research about the next generation of donor’s interests, motivations and practice are highlighted through descriptions of innovative organizational programs.
