Chapter Chapter 11 in FinTech Women Walk the Talk, 2022, pp 139-143 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This chapter is written to inspire everyone to be a part of the movement of change and shows how the entire book should have provided blueprint of how to drive towards a more gender-balanced workplace. I show again that FinTech can lead the way on this mission if everyone decided to play their part. The premise of this conclusion is to empower the reader into action as every step forward will influence the wider goal.
