Chapter Chapter 7 in FinTech Women Walk the Talk, 2022, pp 71-83 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This chapter celebrates those who are making real change for gender equality across FinTech. I give examples of the normalisation of panels, events, awards and in turn the increase of genuine relatable role models and the visibility of them. I show how people are giving back to the next generation to change the perception of FinTech and become more welcoming to a wider audience. I cover how important measurability is in understanding what each gender imbalance actually looks like within a business and then explain how people are tackling it through mentoring, training, implementing champions, and finally the wonderful work of great bosses.
