Abstract: Abstract What is the root of Hidden Championship? The clear answer is: It is the ambition to be the best in one’s market. This ambition lies dormant in the founders and leaders of the Hidden Champions. Its realization requires willpower, perseverance, and the necessary competencies. The economic ascent of countries like China has increased the overall ambition and the speed of implementation. Higher agility and faster implementation define the new game.
