Chapter Chapter 6 in Green Behaviors in the Workplace, 2022, pp 129-157 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Our research to date points to four main areas that require attention if we are to better understand the nature and complexity of green behaviors. The first area concerns the level of intensity and the degree of risk-taking associated with adopting different green behaviors. The second area addresses green behaviors from the challenging and affiliative perspective. The third area considers environmental performance, and the fourth area examines a particular sector for consideration in future environmental research.
