Abstract: Abstract The chapter includes the most important research results and a discussion of their significance in the context of previous considerations on the effectiveness of enterprise risk management. Based thereon, universal recommendations for improving enterprise risk management and directions for further research in this area are developed with reference to the Covid-19 crisis and risk management triad.
