Alternative Dispute Resolution
Felix I. Lessambo ()
Chapter Chapter 9 in International Project Finance, 2022, pp 99-125 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract ADR is increasingly being utilized in disputes that would otherwise result in lengthy litigation as they allow the parties to come up with solutions that are more creative, including high-profile labor disputes, divorce actions, and personal injury claims. ADR typically includes early neutral evaluation, facilitation, negotiation, conciliation, mediation, and arbitration. ADR is flexible, cost-efficient, time-effective, and give the parties more control over the process and the results.
