Chapter 1 in International Business and Security, 2022, pp 1-14 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The introductory chapter provides an overview of the book and introduces the concept of geostrategy to the reader in relation to our research context. The discipline of international business (IB) studies the dynamics in the global business environment and opportunities. Meanwhile, the international security (IS) discipline examines the causes of threats, conflicts, and wars. This monograph chooses geostrategy as a concept to look for the interactions among the players of international business and international security.
