Chapter Chapter 1 in Investor Relations and ESG Reporting in a Regulatory Perspective, 2022, pp 3-9 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In this chapter, we briefly highlight the underlying dynamics of the financial markets to uncover how to practice best-practice investor relations (IR) and how it can create value for anyone without a distinctive background in finance, and to uncover the main benefits and drawbacks of a listing. Our intention is to provide an overview as most board members, members of the senior management, founders, shareholders of companies, and IR representatives, are practitioners with distinctive backgrounds.
