Abstract:
Abstract The financial markets are getting more global by the day, assisted by relevant regulatory framework from one continent being fully or partly adopted by other geographical continents. As to preparations, actions and contingencies recommended to companies, some elements are similar to our listed recommendations set out under preparation of takeover response manuals, e.g. the company’s and IRO’s role, shareholder engagement, and the use of external advisers.
